Weapons Spins and Stops Exercise Demo and Details

- Push on count 8 of count off.
- 4 count spin 'set' to a vertical catch.** Catch with the butt up on count five. Top hand at the end of the butt, and bottom hand at the mid-two.
- Hold counts 6-7. Slide your top hand down to the middle of the bolt on count 8.
- Do a drop spin into the bottom hand on count one, release 2 into a backhand catch on 3, release again on four, and catch at true port on count 5 (Top hand in the neck, and bottom hand at the of the nose).
- Hold counts 6-8.
- PUSH ACROSS on 8-and. (not on 8 like normal)
- 4 count spin 'set' to the CROSS port catch. Top hand across with forearm flat, top hand at the end of the butt, and bottom hand at the mid-two.
- Hold count 6.
- Drop the equipment to cradle on count 7. Hand grabs with the pinky at the start of the bolt. Lift nose UP on count 8, flourish outward, nose down on count 1, and again on count 2, roll to a wrist cradle on 3. You will also grab with the opposite hand on count 3. Release a true single on count 4, and catch on count 5.
- Hold 6-7. Push on 8.
- 4 count spin 'set', catch "like a rockstar" ;) on count 5. Top hand at the end of the butt, and the bottom hand AT THE BUCKLE. (not the mid-two like the other catches in the exercise)
- Hold 6-8. Lift up to vertical on 1. Grab "money"-ish, drop spin on 2, release on 3, single to the opposite hand, then catch, and release a continuous single on count 4. Catch at flat on count 5.

** A spin 'set' is defined as 3 spins on the bottom of the equipment on counts 1-3, and a spin on the top of the equipment (half a rotation MORE) on count 4.

NOTES:
-  Please remember that on the left side, the rifle will be opposite. Meaning, when you catch, instead of the butt being up, the nose will be up. This applies to all catches, except flat catches.
-  We will add details of the body into the exercise as the season progresses.
