FANTASTIC FRESHMAN

We have a large group of freshman on our Color Guard this year.  SIXTEEN of them.  That is 1/3 of our guard. Lots of girls who are still figuring things out, learning to spin a double and triple.  Learning to spin with both the right hand and the left.  Learning what a DOT is and how to "Get On It".  Learning drill again, and again, and again.

Family and Friends Show

The FAMILY and FRIENDS Show is one of my favorite nights to watch the American Fork Color Guard.   Everyone is happy as they watch theeir child perform.  Everyone cheers, Mom's and Dad's, brother's and sister's, Grandma and Grandpa's.  Girlfriends and boyfriends, neighbors, and others.  There are no judges there watching and critiquing.  Everyone just gets to enjoy.
